Buy-A-Book
This Booster Foundation program is designed to supplement the library collection at South Elgin High School. Any new library collection takes time to "grow"; it does not just appear as a complete collection on day one. Also, budgets for school libraries are based on student enrollment. With this in mind, the SEHS library can use a little help.
Donations, either monetary or books from the attached wish list, can be given to aid in the development of the collection.
The wish list will be updated each school year. In most cases, a monetary gift may be a better idea since the library
receives discounts on their purchases making your dollar go farther. They also have processing done through the
book companies. All donated books and those purchased with monetary donations will be labeled as part
of the Booster Foundation "Buy-A-Book" Program.
Since the Booster Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, your donation is tax deductible and may be subject to matching funds offered by many employers.
